Constantin Frank-Fahle (born 1981) is a co-founder of emltc. He is a fully qualified lawyer (admitted to German bar since 2012) and has worked for law firms in Berlin, Munich (Germany), Bangkok (Thailand) and Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and for the German-Indonesian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (EKONID) in Jakarta (Indonesia). Constantin Frank-Fahle studied in Leipzig (Germany – PhD in law), Budapest (Hungary – Erasmus) and Hamilton (New Zealand – LL.M.).

- Commercial, corporate, tax & investment law with an emphasis on advising medium-sized entities on entering into and expanding in emerging markets (covering the entire investment cycle)

Constantin Frank-Fahle is a regular conference speaker and a senior lecturer in commercial law at the International School of Management (Cologne, Germany). He frequently publishes on issues pertaining to international commercial and tax law.
