Michael Jansen (born 1977) joined emltc as a partner in 2023. Following his studies in business administration (RWTH Aachen, Germany – Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann)), he started his professional career as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers (Hamburg, Germany). After passing the German tax advisor examination (Steuerberaterexamen), he switched to the private sector in 2008. There, he worked in the group accounting department at the Otto Group, a leading German retail and service company. In 2011, he moved to the United Arab Emirates, where he initially worked as Head of Accounting at the Supreme Group and Emirates Group Security. Between 2015 and 2022, he was the CFO for the Africa, Middle East and South and Southeast Asia regions for Castolin Eutectic, a leading company in maintenance, surface protection and special joining.
